Don't waste your money on her. Horrible attitude!

I called this office to get a consultation for my upcoming case. The lady that answered the phone told me to be quiet multiple times and was extremely rude and snappy with me. And ended saying that she could not help me. I understand that they didn't have openings. But the way that this lady talked to me was so demeaning and rude that I am baffled. The customer service here is absolutely awful and I would advise that Robin talk to the lady that is answering her phone and let her know that she needs to talk to people in a more professional matter. As I was saying have a good day she hung up on me without saying anything. I never leave Google reviews. But this phone call baffled me. I do not know about this the attorney but I would assume if the customer service is this awful that the attorney isn't so great.

She was terrible. Doesn’t let you talk, is extremely rude. She basically yells at you the whole time and doesn’t let you say anything. If I could give her zero stars I would. Don’t waste your time with a free consult with her.

Was trying to set up a consultation the secretary was very rude when I was trying to explain what was going on she interrrupted me and said it’s a yes or no. So in return I got rude back she was belittling me talking to me like I was an ignorant child. I told her I would try and find someone else because she was rude and unhelpful and then began to speak over me saying she wasn’t be rude and I hung up. Do not recommend if the secretary is this rude I could only imagine how poor the service would be.

Horrible experience. Website is vague. Waited 3 weeks for a consult. Then found out she doesn't take cases from Cowlitz County.
