Great practice. Cober Plucker was outstanding

Richard Wernette will not represent anyone going in front of Judge Wolfram. However his office (also knowing that) will still make you pay to make an appointment and jot inform you he doesn't go before wolfram. I paid my fee. Left him copies of my case (custody) Went to myappointment 3 days later. Sat there explaining everything while he took notes just to tell me 40 minutes later he doesn't go before Wolfram. He and hi office had ample chances to inform me of that before wasting my time and his for zero reason. Extremely frustrating and highly unprofessional.

After I had a fall that took me out of work for 3 months, these fantastic lawyers helped get me the money I was owed for medical bills and back pay. They helped make sure that a companies negligence wouldn’t go unpunished.

An absolute disgusting example of a human being. If your a male, expect to her to try and hit you with a protection order by using false allegations and lies, even while she is under oath. A huge stain and mockery on the legit legal system. She needs to do the whole world a favor and step in front of a speeding bus. I honestly hope she rotts in hell, which is better than she even deserves.

I highly recommend Mr. McCool to represent you. He gets it done! He went the extra mile to solve my problem. Mr. McCool is highly competent and listens.

McCool has been our attorney for nearly 2 years now and as more time goes on, he feels more like a friend than just a person of hire. He is very straight forward and honest. He is by far one of the most punctual and reliant attorneys I have ever met. A lot of people say that integrity is everything but not everyone demonstrates it, McCool does. All our cases were criminal defense cases and 2 were taken to trial and won each one. He has a high sucess rate for a reason. When anything changes on a case he will call and inform you promptly and if he ever misses your call and you leave him a voicemail, he will get back to you the same day. This is one of my favorite qualities about him. Reluctant dependability to be reliable. Even after the cases were done, he showed true compassion and genuine concern with matters I would bring to him for help or guidance. I know that if I were in a bind and needed someone to help me, I could turn to him because the professional relationship you build with McCool while working with him carries on even after you’re done. If you want someone who will value your opinion and tell you the bold truth about the details of your case while being trustworthy then McCool is the right attorney for you. He didn't let me down even when things got tough, he won't let you down either.

My experience was exceptional with Mr. McCool. I would highly recommend him to everyone. He always had time to talk to me wherever he was and would go above and beyond to help me and others. If he didn’t have time he would find time and call me and answer any questions I had. I was never put on hold and put directly to him. He is a well experienced and knowledgeable as an attorney. 2 weeks of my time wasted. Made a consultation and paid a fee ($100). Recieved no phone call on the day of. Called them just for the lawyer (Cober Plucker) to tell me that he's booked and has no time for me or my case!!! 5/1/23 Save your $100 and time by seeking help elsewhere

I've known Bill McCool for a number of years having the opportunity to watch him defend cases in superior court. It's an enjoyable experience toward h him impress the jury. He studies the case in depth prior to the trial. Makes lots of notes and uses them during his questions and when giving his summation. I smile frequently when watching him do his job!
