I regret to say that my experience with Angela Garratt was highly disappointing. Throughout my case, communication was a major issue. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via phone and email, I rarely received timely responses—or any response at all. This lack of communication left me feeling frustrated and uncertain about the status of my case. Even more concerning, Angela Garratt missed a scheduled hearing date, which not only delayed my case but also reflected a lack of preparation and professionalism. Reliable legal representation is crucial, and unfortunately, I felt that Angela Garratt did not meet the basic standards of responsiveness and accountability. I would not recommend Angela Garratt based on my experience. For anyone considering legal representation, I urge you to prioritize an attorney who communicates clearly, manages their schedule effectively, and shows genuine commitment to their clients.

I used Mrs. Garratt for a family law issue, and while she was competent and helpful, her communications were not as timely as one may expect when you are dealing with a massive issue. She may benefit from a personal assistant to help with some communications tasks.

I contacted Ms Garratt to help me with my business and for advice on what paperwork I needed to have new employees fill out when hired. She gave me my options and then provided me with the best solution to meet my needs and protect my company. Her professionalism, flawless scheduling and quick response allowed me to get what legal items I needed completed so I could get back to hiring new employees. Thank you Angela for your help.

Unfortunately, there are times in our life when we just need extra help from a trustworthy attorney that is knowledgeable. Angela is that attorney. Angela’s law background along with her extensive resources have helped me overcome some personal and emotional situations that were incurred from the loss of my husband and business assumptions. Due to her expertise, ethics, compassion, knowledge, and dedication; she’s not only my attorney, but my families attorney. My family has seen how much she has helped me through critical situations and are in the process of moving from their current law firms to her. I can’t say enough about Angela and about the quality of work she performs. She makes every client feel as if they are her only client. She takes the time to fully understand and resolve the issues at hand. Thank you, Angela.

I hired Ms. Garratt as my previous attorney had retired. I was in a bind, I called her of the chance that she could see me as I was in need of changing my will. She not only got me right in, but she was quick to have all the necessary paperwork transferred from my retiring attorney to her. I had to make some major changes to my will and estate, she professionally and quickly got things changed and up to date and the appointment to sign the papers was scheduled at a time that was convenient to me. I have had to contact her on a couple other questions, she provided me with her cell number so that I could either email or text her at ANYTIME, which I have done. I am so thankful for her professional and quick work and attitude. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of an attorney!!

Ms. Garrett is not to be trusted. She blatantly mishandeld a simple motion failing to serve opposing counsel on two separate occasions. Then embarrassingly enough opposing counsel in open court asked to dismiss due to defective service. To add insult to injury Ms. Garrett's office is one floor above opposing counsels ,and still it took her 3 business days to deliver service. She then lied to me about the matter having been scheduled for a hearing. I hired her as a family law matter. We made a contract for several matters to be adjudicated. out of the three items we agreed she would address for a flat fee, Ms Garret followed through with only one, and that result was not great. I have seen many other lawyers in action over the years. Her performance was extremely poor in the courtroom she was overzealous before court during court she stumbled through her words she was bewildered ,and inconcise. she did not express to the court any arguments she had told me she would make. She forgot to present the court with crucial evidence that would have likely changed the outcome of my case. Afterwards she insisted on more money. i told her we had not completed the work we had already contracted for. At that point communication dropped off to a one sentence email twice a week. While i tried to engage to have the other two matters I learned that she had not served or noted a motion for a hearing that she told me two weeks prior was already scheduled and served. At that point i said i need you to do what we contracted to do. her answer was to quit. I personally contacted the clerk and confirmed she hadn't done anything she said she would ,and had only that morning contacted them to schedule a hearing. Not two weeks prior like she had told me. I then told her we were done. I no longer trusted her in anyway to handle the case. I think it is very important for anyone considering this person for hire be aware of what my experience with her was. I hope this helps someone avoid the financial mistake of hiring her.
