As personal representative for the estate of my parents, I cannot shout out the praises of the Law Office of Dan Roach loud enough. From our initial encounter following the passing of my father, I knew my parents’ estate was in the most capable of hands. Dan and his staff filed countless forms and all necessary documents on our behalf. They clearly explained why the documents were necessary and what each would do for the estate. Dan and his staff provided timely and detailed communication which allowed for a seamless settlement of the estate. Dan and his staff provided wise and knowledgeable counsel, allowing us to make sound and informed decisions. They even assisted us in managing the sale of my parents’ residence, bypassing the need for the services of a realtor. And a special shout out to legal assistant Mary Bagdon. Her estate planning was thorough, but because of a challenging legal situation, settling the estate took more time than expected. Dan and staff, particularly his assistant Mary Bagdon, walked me through every step of the process, from obtaining death certificates to the final division of assets and accounting. I'm married and my husband has a progressive disease that I need to ensure has adequate care for him in my estate planning. I was actually quite content with what I had planned until the "living in a community property" state reared its ugly head. Everything was now in turmoil. I was referred to Dan thru my family as well as a good friend. Dan was quite knowledgeable on the pitfalls of community property in the overall planning for the future. When the prospect of a nursing home is a real possibility for one of a married pair, the remaining partner needs to ensure their future is not bankrupted by the exorbitant cost of a nursing home. Dan Roach was a great choice for me, as an 80 year old widow! I got all the explanations I needed, even if I needed one of them twice! He and his office were great, even with our pandemic going on: using phone, email, Zoom- all up to the final in-person signing.

Dan's office provided my husband and I eight legal documents, four a piece, for estate planning. We are newly married but middle aged and this is second marriage for my husband who has children, I do not. We both had property that was prior owned that we felt very particular about and planning how/when/who to leave what and how was difficult. Dan spent the necessary time with us, providing clear and fair qualities in our wills that helped to create a viable solution for a sticky emotional situation!

Dan assisted us in writing a TEDRA agreement for my father’s estate. All legal documents allowed us to proceed in agreement with all parties for my father’s estate. Dan made sure we all understood the legal documents he created and for this we deeply appreciated his professional expertise and friendly demeanor in explaining everything in detail.

I conduct pre and post placement adoption evaluations as well as doing Title 11 guardianship work. I have worked with Dan Roach for many years. Dan is so easy to work with, he is extremely knowledgeable and is a great resource. He is very friendly, professional, courteous, respectful and is always willing to help. I have never had the slightest problem with him or anyone in his office. I have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in referring clients to him!

Dan handled a probate for a relative. I was the Personal representative and was in contact with Dan regularly. He was professional, industrious and courteous throughout the entire process.
