Me any my fiance reached out to the Volyn office over 2 months ago to help us with a case as we were under the impression that this was a very reliable outfit to work with. From the start the communication was terrible as to took weeks to return calls or emails. We still ended up proceeding and putting down a retainer. After our check was cashed no work was done and still hardly any communication when we reached out to find out next steps. We recently just got commuication that they are to busy to handle our case and asked to return our money. This is terrible business practice as we could have found someone else to work with and now months of our time has been wasted. Unfortunately if this is how this business is ran I do not recommed them.

Both Mel and Scott were incredible to work with. We used them to help us draw up a simple will and it was a great experience. It was not only easy, but done quickly! They were always responsive when we had questions throughout the process and willing to assist us however we needed them. Thanks for all of your help!
