You never want to be in the market for a divorce attorney, but should you find yourself needing one, Scott is hands down the best! He took me on when I needed him most, devoted time to me that he didn't have, made me feel like I was his highest priority and eloquently portrayed my case to the judge so that I walked away from a marriage feeling like I would be ok. Scott was professional, never played dirty and kept my kids' best interest in mind at all times. He did his research and got the job DONE. He was my second attorney as I fired my first one after spending over $10k and having nothing to show for it. I feel like Scott billed appropriately and all the money I spent was well worth it. This man is clearly a Christian, ethical, professional, has great communication within his office/clients, is diligent and educated. I cannot recommend him more highly!

Scott represented me in a family law matter and always made me feel like I had a partner I could lean on during tough times. He was always prepared and rigorously advocated for my child’s best interest. Mr. Volyn is an excellent attorney, the best I have worked with yet. After previous attys retired, I was directed to Mr. Volyn. He believed me when I explained the history of my case and he has advocated for me well. He personally reads all my declarations—something previous attys did not always do. He fights hard but ethically for his clients and I recommend him highly. One note: Scott is very busy so I scheduled short phone calls with him on a weekly basis when working on an issue, instead of randomly trying to reach him on his phone or by email. His legal assistant is very responsive to emails or phone calls.

From the beginning Mr. Volyn and his staff were polite and informative. Mr. Volyn reviewed our complaint researched the information we provided him. We were running out of time to lodge our complaint formally. Mr. Volyn and his staff took the ball and ran with it. We were able to come to an agreement with our 2 1/2 year battle with the City in which we live in a timely matter and in Mediation vs court. We did not recover all of our losses but at least it was over at the end of a long day in Mediation. I would recommend Mr Volyn to anyone in need of an attorney that is understanding and competent. Scott came recommended to me by my former employer in 2011 when i started a divorce process. He was very maticulous in going through the details of my situation, yet never waisted my time. His main goal was to do what was right for my child. Scott is a christian, and conducts himself as such. With that being said, he is also a bulldog in the courtroom and goes in to win. There is no one else I would rather have by my side in that room.
