Nicole did an amazing job with my DUI, Nicole is honest and up front, I was very pleased with the deal she got me, and with my past history I didn't think a deal could be made but Nicole made it happen. I'm great full to Nicole and her law firm.

Well ya they did. After some bad alcohol fueled choices I ran from the cops. Charged with a felony allude. And a bunch other stuff. I did 30 days jail before coming up with the bail money. My court appointed attorney said I can get you four more months jail and two months house arrest. So I hired Nicole and just went on with my life I didn’t stress out about bugging her and wondering what she’s doing I just let her do her job and I got no more jail time no house arrest just 30 days community service which sucks but whatever. She’s good and I didn’t have to keep paying and paying. Just what we discussed for the initial payment was it.

I was really stressed out about what I was going to do while being tried for a DUI. The whole process was overwhelming, especially for my first time being in trouble. I was appointed Mrs.Hankins by the grace of god and really felt like I had someone who cared about my specific case, even though she had been through the process numerous times. Nicole did a good job I had no problem with communicating,or asking questions she perused the best options she gave me really good advice I was charged with two reckless driving tickets and one DUI she was able to get both lowered down to a minor DUI and a negligent.

I was charged with a DUI and a Domestic Violence assault charge even though I was the one knocked out I went to jail. There was a new prosecutor that moved to the area that was not willing to budge or work with us but because Nicole didn't give up and didn't talk me into the first deal that came along my charges ultimately were down graded and I didn't receive convictions on those specific charges. I have never been in trouble before so often times I was hysterical and very emotional and don't come from a background with a support system. She pleaded my case and wouldn't stop fighting and was willing to go all the way to trial however, she was very realistic about my situation and did not give any false Hope whatsoever. She was very sympathetic to what my daughter and I had been thru and was willing to drag it out as long as necessary because she truly believes in justice.
