I got myself arrested over a weekend while in Chelan and ended up spending a night in jail in Wenatchee. I was arrested for assault 4th degree and interfering w/reporting DV. The following week after researching attorneys in Wenatchee I decided to reach out to Sean and after our initial conversation which he spent a fair amount of time talking with me at no cost I chose to go with him. His price was very fair and he was upfront about what I would have to go through regarding court. Each time I had questions or needed information he made himself available the same day to take or return my call and or email me back. He was well prepared, very professional and guided me through the process. In the end the case was dismissed at the pre-trial hearing and looking back I'm glad I went with him. I live on the west side of the mountains and would highly recommend Sean if you need representation in Wenatchee or surrounding area. Thank you Sean!

Sean told me what to expect in the beginning and it turned out just like he said it would. My DUI charge was reduced to Negligent Driving 2 which I was happy with. The fee was reasonable. I recommend hiring Sean Esworthy.

Way above expectations. He did an incredible job and was able to get me a SOC so my charge will be dropped in a year. I would recommend him to anybody in need of competent representation. If I ever need an attorney again, God forbid, I will certainly be calling Sean.

I hired Sean for a DUI charge I received in Chelan. He was great to work with - and I am happy with the result. He was very clear & communicated with me quite regularly on the current status of our court dates and the overall process (quite a bit of rescheduling was done due to COVID-19). This was the first time I had ever worked directly with an attorney, and also the first time I had ever received a DUI. I felt less like Sean was "working for me" and more like he was a partner of mine, understanding where I was coming from and doing everything he could to ensure the outcome was one I was satisfied with. I hired Sean just before the Covid 19 Pandemic started. It was obvious that stay at home orders and the closing of the state offices to include the court systems was going to have a huge effect on the case loads backing up etc. Sean did an excellent job keeping me informed of what was going on with my case and how we would proceed with Court via video on Zoom. Sean got my charge reduced by a considerable amount and I am very happy with the outcome. All in All it was a win. Thank you Sean!
