This was my second experience with Philips for an auto accident (the first was 20 yrs ago) and I was expecting the same treatment I got 20 yrs ago, which was amazing, and after a year dealing with them I had to get different representation. I worked with so many different people all over the country, and from the start I was very dismissed, paperwork wouldn’t be sent out, emails went unanswered, they were only able to negotiate 2 offers one leaving me in the negative them making the most out of everyone, just to want to litigate where they would make even more. The final straw came when I waited almost 2 months to hear from my attorney (I was told to it would be 4 weeks) and when I asked I was told it was being reviewed and I had 2 more years until the statue of limitations was up. Pretty much I wasn’t a big enough case for them to waste their time with. But they had no issue wasting a year of mine after an auto accident. My life was turned upside down with what happened with that accident, and lawyers are supposed to be there to help, even if that means they cant take my case. Thankfully I have new representation, and after a lot of phone calls to many attorneys I made a good choice to get someone else. within the personal injury law community Philips is known for this type of thing, not one attorney was surprised by my experience with them.

These people are absolutely horrible I terminated my contract with them and they still got into my money and I'm still fighting to get them out of my case even though I told them months ago in writing and verbally

All I can recommend is ! Please do not open any case with them.they take 85% of your injury compensation I’m dead serious they take exactly 85% of your compensation.Pluse be prepared for 5 years long .Exactly 5 years.

The worst experience ever! I have been waiting for my case for almost two years. They are still trying to get my medical bills. I have spoken to lily and she told me yes we have received all the medical bills. Then, they were going to write the letter to the insurance and then I called a month later. She then process to tell me she did not receive all the medical bills. They keep telling me one thing, then another thing. The SUCK at communication! You will never get anything from them unless you contact them with questions. I know cases take time, but at least communicate periodically. Also, don’t tell individuals lies. Try to find somewhere else if you want your case to proceed.

An EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING process that never connected with the listed lawyers, everything just stayed with the settlement negotiator and other office staff. Working with the Woodinville staff was frustrating and a waste of almost a year. Despite the fact that their own demand letter listed over $150K in initial medical charges, proven lifelong injuries, new disabilities that will require lifestyle changes, and future medical costs caused from the accident and driver-at-fault, they still only "fought" for the other driver's insurance premium. After "winning" the $50K premium coverage we suddenly found out about medical charge liens for over $19K to a company that doesn't accept payments (Optum/Equian, who was just as difficult to work with). They "negotiated" it down to $12K rather than fight to have all of it paid for by the driver-at-fault or his insurance company. When all is done, we will receive just over $18K in compensation while the firm will receive nearly $17K in fees. We asked for more help to cover the remaining medical charges, future medical costs, and household adjustments but they refused. Communication was slow, limited, and at times giving us the wrong information. There isn't enough room on this review form to describe how difficult this office was to work with. Once you get past the initial elevator sales pitch it goes downhill from there. You are treated as a case number rather than a human. I do not recommend this office, but if this is your only option and you have to work with Debbie M. (the Woodinville settlement Negotiator) ask for someone else. I hope to never need an injury attorney again, but if I do it will NOT be through this law firm.

Phillips law firm is great ! I spoke to Samari when I first called and she was stupendous. She blew me away !! She was so polite and helpful! She helped explained to me the steps going forward as well!! I’m confident that I’m in good hands , 10/10!!

I would give 0 stars but it doesn't let me. I have not once received an update regarding my case without me reaching out to find out first. I was even moved from my initial case handler to another one due to lack of response and what appeared to be my case slipping through the cracks. Despite being moved, still having issues. I have had to reach out to a supervisor several times just to get a response. I am now to the negotiation stage and what was supposed to be approx 45 days for a response from the defendant parties insurance has now turned into several months. My demand letter was sent earlier September and here we are in Feb with no update from anyone. I have even reached out via email twice to the demand processor to which my emails have been ignored. Will never use Phillips again.
