In May 2018, my station wagon was struck from behind at 50 mph by a young woman who was texting and driving. My vehicle was totaled and her mega-truck was severely damaged. She was cited by the state patrol and was determined to be completely at fault. Since I sustained physical injuries from this accident, I was taken by EMTs to the emergency room and required five doctor visits and 18 sessions of Physical Therapy. (The maximum covered by MY insurance company.) I contacted Phillips Law and they were very anxious to take my case. That is ALL they were anxious to do. The amount of paperwork and questionnaires required was astounding. Then it was obviously NEVER read (The demand letter presented to the other driver’s insurance company was pure “boilerplate” and contained little information relevant to my own disabilities or status) Looking at my records, I have called them more than twenty-two times in the past fourteen months and have left messages for the persons who were allegedly handling my case eighteen times. Only twice did one of the paralegals or their "paralegal assistant" take my call, and only to pass on my request to call me with an update. They have done this only once, to tell me there was no news (or activity) on my case. Phillips law has a reputation for keeping the pipeline filled with cases and then ignoring the client. It is well deserved!! Try getting any call or email returned. This is one more case of a beady-eyed ambulance chaser with a monstrous advertising budget. Unless you have an extremely lucrative case, don't even bother, in fact, don't ever call in the first place. Find some local small law firm that actually cares about you. Phillips is definitely not that!

The worst experience of my life they prey and lie to people who are clinging to life and promise a lot but in 6 months they haven't even contacted any of the 5 medical companies I owe money to with nothing but excuses. suppose to get my check and told to come up for my check got there nope 7 to 10 days more now I asked about my check and they got do full audit huh I want released from these lies

They really didn't seem to care.. don't go here for employment case. Told me to go get another job. I talked with others and they all were sympathetic. If it's that easy to get a job we wouldn't have this problem! Wow.. I can't believe there are people that treat people like trash and won't help you. When I answered the phone they asked if I had multiple car accidents?? This place specializes in auto accidents.

I would not recommend anyone to this firm. In fact one star is quite high in itself. The initial consultation sounded extremely promising and gave us much hope after our accident. Real quickly after signing with them it was aggravating that they couldn't keep events or circumstances correct. They also made arrangements for treatment with guarantees of no worries for us. In the end they shabbly dealt with us and never even made contact with 2 other cars involved. So in the end be aware of their claims and i would never advise to use this horrible firm...

I can't give them a high score. I just can't. They did not communicate. The only time I ever talked to an attorney was when I was signed up, which felt more like a high pressure sales encounter. Did I get more money because I went to them? I'll never really know. The only plus is that they kept me from having to do one on one with a increasingly aggressive and toxic insurance company. For that I am thankful. And yes. That was worth 30%.

If you want not one but 5 of the worst lawyers in the world go to Phillips Law Service!! Once you’ve given in writing your report 5 times to the 5 different people the one who actually speaks to the adjuster (supposedly on your behalf) will not even of read it and be completely clueless to your case. If I hadn’t sustained an injury it would of been funny just how awful a business can be run and still afford to pay for ads. Absolutely unbelievable barely service from about 6 months into the process. By the time you realize, it is too late to go anywhere else and your left without. I was given one decent attorney who actually did some research and had a good plan. He left the company 2 weeks later. Now 2 years later I have had a lawyer named Andy Herman who has been absolutely useless, he had not given the case one bit of effort and actually constantly avoids calls and does not show up to agreed phone meetings. I wish I would of read the reviews on line because it seems to be common knowledge just how awful this company is, if your reading this go elsewhere, anywhere really immediately!!

Cindy Volmer has been my paralegal since my automobile accident in Oct. '18. She has gone above and beyond the call of duty with my claim. She is very knowledgeable in her field, but has called me back with questions she's had to investigate further. Phillips Law takes all the pressure & insanity of the accident & provides professional, personal & caring service. Highly recommend, especially Cindy Volmer. She's the best!
