I think the only reason I would even give them two stars is for Olivia, a paralegal who was helping with my case. They held on to my case for two years. One week before the statute was to run out they filed, then got some medical expert who said they didn't think they would win the cased then dropped me after the statute ran out. Now no attorney wants to take on the case from another attorney. For 2 years I called at least once a month to find out what was going on in my case. I got the run around over and over. No reply to emails unless I got really upset. They will tell you initially you have a good case. If you want to spend 2 years of your life feeling frustrated, this is the firm to hire. It's a factory. I don't even think they are trial attorneys. Very unprofessional and a disgrace to the law field.

Tristen and Patrick were very helpful and answered any questions or concerns that I had. I appreciated their direction and guidance in helping me make my decision to go with Phillips Law firm. I am looking forward to a positive experience and outcome.

Everything was explained clearly, and very efficiently. Nice, kind, understanding gentlemen that I spoke to. Very much reccomend to have professional help with claims such as these. Only reason no '5 star', because the issue isnt over and hasn't givin me final result, but I'm hoping to give a full 5 , at end of this whole process
