This is a fake Law Firm I hired them for a car accident where I was rear ended sitting in stopped traffic. It was a 4 car accident by a woman that wasn’t watching the traffic. Her elderly mother was in her Jeep a high lifted Jeep Wrangler with a big bumper like the type you attach a winch to. I couldn’t stand afterwards and went to ER the doctor on duty was a simpleton woman that never thought of X-raying my back. Her insurance was better than mine. Chinese parts were put on my car that fall off it’s extremely frustrating. They didn’t have an Attorney that could represent me and 5 days before I needed to file a case I was notified I needed to hire a real attorney. They kept wanting me to settle a company that processes people in accidents so they can just claim a share. I now have 3 fractured compressed vertebrae’s in my back and have trouble walking. X-rays to prove all of this!

Let me provide some context: I initially signed with Philips Law after being hit in my car by an FBI agent. The firm assured me they would work diligently for my family and me. However, after signing, they became unresponsive. I found myself going through 2-3 different attorneys without being informed, and I had to advocate for myself throughout the process. This case dragged on for almost five years, with the firm failing to deliver satisfactory results. Unfortunately, after a year off work due to the accident, I went back to work, and when leaving work was hit on my motorcycle. Despite my previous experience, I chose Philips Law again, likely because I already had a case with them. This time, however, I was fortunate to have Kelly Elford as my attorney. Kelly was different from the start. He guided me through each step, explaining the process and setting clear expectations. He assured me that if I was ever unhappy, he would find a solution or recommend a new attorney. Unlike my previous experiences, Kelly was always accessible and responsive. When we entered arbitration—a process I was unfamiliar with—Kelly's dedication to protecting my interests was evident. His knowledge and passion for helping people are exceptional, and he demonstrated a level of care similar to a parent standing up for their child. Kelly's expertise and commitment are top-tier, and if I could give him more than five stars, I would. I am incredibly grateful that he handled my case. I absolutely luv Philips Law Firm, helped me out tremendously when I got hit while in my power chair on a sidewalk in 2019. I called them and gave them my statement and they put me on hold and then came back on the line and said they’re going to take my case. They immediately put me thru to a wonderful lady named Robin and she was so incredibly wonderful. She was there for me via phone calls/emails. We both kept each other updated on everything that was going on from appointments, emergency services, pharmacy visits, etc. She was even in communication with my caseworker. She asked the hard questions with my caseworker and the easy questions with me and vise versa. I highly and I mean seriously highly recommend this law firm. When they say they don’t get paid unless you get paid and they honestly stand by it! They’re my first choice and my ONLY choice.
