Horrible law firm to deal with! Their front desk staff is absolutely rude and disrespectful and the paralegals are beyond UNHELPFUL and useless! They dont return calls EVER! Save yourself a nightmare and go somewhere else!

The service has been great. Since Amy Jo took over my case I was always up to date on what was going on which I really appreciate. I would recommend the law firm to anyone who needs it.

Horrible communication, horrible customer service. I did several hours of their job for them....and paid them for it?? Their own demand letter was sent to third party insurance without medical records to substantiate the claim. I am now tied up making calls to doctor offices and lien holder agencies as a result of this HOT MESS! Meanwhile, I was supposed to be paid and closed out by a date that came and went. No communication....not even a phone call to say there has been some difficulty. The law office just let the date come and go, never ONCE notifying me.

This place was awesome the first time I had to hire them as a passenger of a vehicle. It went so smooth that about six years later I hired them for my case. It started off smooth, but then after knowing the demand was sent out and being told that they give them a time frame to respond of three months they dropped all updates with me. I had to call and keep the urgency going to settle this for almost a year. Then they called me into sign a release with the promise of this being resolved by the end of the year (back in Oct 2017) now it is 2018 and not further contact or updates. This has been the most frustrating babysitting job I've ever had. I will try the other old partner Bernard next time if ever needed. All this and I'm only expected to get a quarter of what they asked for in the original demand. Worst dedication and client customer service EVER!! Do yourself a favor and don't even bother with the 'free phone call ' they suck you in with empty promises and then your stuck after investing your own time! Call anyone else first!!
