Paul was instrumental in helping me deal with the legalities a private side sewer that had 18 houses on it. I removed my house from the shared side sewer and Paul helped me navigate the process of changing the deed on the house to reflect the new sewer line and notifying all the other homeowners on the shared side sewer that I was no longer on the line and would not be sharing in any future maintenance and repair costs. He also had my back when one homeowner started harassing me because he didn’t understand what I was doing.
