the worst service I’ve ever got Phillip’s law firm Woodinville! Do not recommend. Never return calls , they don’t keep you in the loop on what’s happening with your case at all. They lack communication skills, punctuality, customer service care and support most importantly someone’s money and time!

This review is not only for this location, but the firm in general. Maybe if they answered certified letters, this review wouldn’t be necessary. I was led to believe, over eight years ago now, that I would be taken care of, that I would be made whole. That was not the case. Non of my expectations were met, and I do not believe the 40% they took from me was deserved, contract or not. They should’ve been more understanding of my situation, and more considerate of my time as their client. I believe they saw how long they had my case on the books, and rushed it to an abrupt conclusion that was not in my favor at all… but they got paid anyway, right? I was not a priority to anyone there, and they couldn’t have cared less about the pain and suffering I’ve experienced, and still experience. I was forced into arbitration even though I had been told to expect a court date late this year. I believe my lawyer’s conduct was shameful, as she knew I have neurological issues, and certainly not able to make such decisions, forcing this arbitration, and talking me out of a trial, over and over, without a good explanation. I hope no one has to deal with these people, but if you must, watch them like a hawk, and be your own advocate, they certainly won’t be.

I am noticing that a lot of the reviews I’ve seen are now gone.. I explained to Cynthia Volmer months ago that my care has ended.. this was from an accident August 2024.. RADIO SILENCE! Every time I have asked for an update.. NOTHING.. I did my own research and figured out.. (confirmed by Cynthia) that my medical records had been sitting for over a month.. not purchased by Phillips accounting department .. (here goes the blame game..) soon after I should’ve been added by Phillips LF payroll and expressed I should’ve .. because why not? I’m doing the research and the work. I asked if this would be deducted from the final payout to Oasis… I took out a $500 loan from their “preferred vendor” Oasis lol .. At this point I feel scammed.. I was sent the demand letter at the end of October.. once again radio silence.. I called and asked the status and of course something else missing.. BOOM I GET IT.. and the demand letter is in my inbox.. I confirm the demand and tell them to send it out.. mind you the automated email they sent me with the “final” says I have two weeks to approve the letter and evidence before they automatically send it out.. I call and the letter hasn’t been approved a second time by their “ACTUAL lawyers”. *eye roll* gtfoh! This was all today! Pitiful! Someone can call me.. I’m sure they know who this is.. annoying and unreliable . I will add email screenshots to this review if requested.

It's been 9months now, at first they reel you in, make you feel comfortable and after signing comprehensive paperwork, they go silent, woe unto you, they give wrong dates on how the case is going, no follow ups, they give you several months of how long you have to wait for the demand letter to be signed, it was signed in July, I called them and they had forgotten my case in August and never proceeded to negotiations stage until I emailed them now in October. My case managers were Cindy. V and Jim A who has now practically been ignoring my emails. Am really disappointed by Philips law firm, am even embarrassed to have recommended you to a few people who also needed help. It is wrong to treat people this way yet Lawyers help the vulnerable in the society. Remember why you studied law and took an oath. Totally unacceptable.

Does not take cases that "don't fit certain criteria" You don't take cases that take any amount of work. You take cut and dry payday incidents; just glad to be the first person called. pathetic.

Unable to get a response back from the paralegal after speaking with attorney regarding case, requesting documents from conversation on compensation. Kinda left in the dark after attorney abruptly hung up and didn't return call as stated from ir in trying to reach paralegal assigned to my case on the phone or email, mail.Did see after researching information on cases handled by them recently it brought up court document in Arizona. Now it puts a big question mark about what's truly going on. I know I was getting rave reviews about this law firm. Just want to go forward and truly get through this case in a fair manner. Until its over I can't give you a rating all the way.
