Back in January of 2012, I was driving home at about 11:00 PM when a car filled with teenagers darted out of a dark, poorly lit parking lot straight into my car. There was no time for me to react, and both cars had some pretty bad damage. Next day his insurance calls me and says they will split the "fault" with me by 20%, because I "failed" to make evasive maneuvers. What am I, a mind reader? At this point I told them I would consult a lawyer. A family member who had great experience with Christine had recommended that I call her, and she was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic to my situation. She was able to settle the matter completely with zero liability on me. I was able to get the full amount for repairs. Thank you so much Christine!!!
