I am a very careful driver who only had liability insurance. So when someone ran a red light and totalled my car and no tickets were issued all of the costs landed on me: the bill to tow my car away from the site, therapy for injuries, and higher car insurance payments. Phillip's law firm saw the wrong doing done to me and helped me when a fight that no other lawyer or company was willing to take. I couldn't thank Sara and Amy for helping me through this trying time.

I dont even know where to begin. If I could give zero stars I would. Phillips took my case on 10/30/2017 for a auto accident. It is now 2020 and it is still open (I think) and NOT ONCE have they ever contacted me! WTF! I have tried to get in touch with them at least 15 times and the receptionist is the only person that has ever answered the phone. If you ever are in need of a law firm, DO NOT use this firm. Who knows when my case will get settled so please tell anyone that you know about how terrible this place is. Active client

Going through a process like is never quite as easy as one would normally think. For me, I've always wanted this chapter behind me. The day my accident happened, it was a normal day spent with my mom - singing and laughing when one of us was out of tune or taking the note to the next exaggerated level. I love that moment with my mother and for someone to carelessly disrupt that was not only jarring but scary. Fear instantly settled in for me. Fear not only for the initial accident but the aftereffects. Fear for what it did to my body, mind, and overall spirit. This accident changed me in many ways. There were a few times I thought I would forever live in pain. Fear for who was actually going to pay for what had happened to my mother and I. It wasn't until I was in contact with Amy Jo that my fear slowly faded. She was absolutely incredible and responsive from the start. She treated me like a human being and not just a case number. Her response time was and still is outstanding. You need more people like her on your team! This isn't easy for us wondering the next steps during the settlement process. We aren't just numbers, we are people who have had our lives flipped upside down because someone wasn't paying attention. We are people who have taken the time to fix our bodies damage which was done by a complete stranger. I don't know Amy Jo personally but my experience with her has been a breath of fresh air from the start. Thank you Amy Jo - I will forever be grateful for your help!

Got me more money than I thought

This was the worse experience ever!! Initially when choosing the firm for representation they appear to be egger however, thereafter they fell off the service was horrible. In order to get a call back I would have to call several times and receive nothing but excuse after excuse. There was a constant turnover with staff. I can go on and on. Bottom line total disappointment I will never ever use this firm again.
