Excellent response time. Kelsey did a great job with intake over the phone. Professional, caring and asked clear questions. Jorge did an excellent job responding in a timely manner to my inquiries. Input - 1. When I came to the in person meeting I was immediately asked to produce 2 documents. Would have been nice to be asked if I would like some water or if I had any questions before the process began. Overall the in person meeting went fine. However, here is what I hope is valuable input from a potential client: At the appointment, if the potential client declines to sign a document near the end of the signing process, please implement an easier and less time-consuming way than having to delete all documents to that point and then redo. There were 2 docs at the end that I would not agree to sign and since I had signed one of them and then realized seconds later that it was not what I understood it to be, the whole process had to be restarted. Overall, I am impressed with the courteous service from Phillips. I hope you will consider my two suggestions as that will help future clients feel welcomed and at ease before the signing process begins and that they have the power to say no to signing a document, even if it is the last of many.

I assume it takes them forever to write a Demand Letter. It has been a year they are telling me that they are researching. My attorney Jonathan just stopped responding my emails as well, it’s unprofessional and frustrating. I’m looking for another attorney now. Never ever recommend this firm to anyone.

I HATE TO SAY THIS THEY HAVENT DID ANYTHING FOR ME EXCPECT TAKE WHAT LITTLE SAVINGS I had I was getting my time loss just fine then they moved and I didnt get a check for 4 weeks but still had Bill's to pay thanks lynette and now my doctor said I got approved for surgery they are trying to take what little money have to live no L&I says because I'm on social security that shouldnt matter I'm a Veteran and senior and social security let's me make 1600 month when I'm able to work when I m not stopping shoplifters well I cant get savings back what you done me Phillips

I have a year of having the Philips Law firm in Renton WA and the paralegal assistant Ángela Estrada has been a very important part in my case since I have not met the lawyer personally but I meet Angela on several occasions. She is a very efficient person very collaborative, attentive to answer the emails phone calls quickly efficiently, find answers to my questions. My case in the hands of Angela has an notable progress and thanks to her I receive my timeloss check of labor industries that I had not received before with the previous firm. Thanks Phillips Law for having Ángela Estrada working for your firm, that is one of the ways in which companies develop their good prestige. In May 2018, my station wagon was struck from behind at 50 mph by a young woman who was texting and driving. My vehicle was totaled and her mega-truck was severely damaged. She was cited by the state patrol and was determined to be completely at fault. Since I sustained physical injuries from this accident, I was taken by EMTs to the emergency room and required five doctor visits and 18 sessions of Physical Therapy. (The maximum covered by MY insurance company.) I contacted Phillips Law and they were very anxious to take my case. That is ALL they were anxious to do. The amount of paperwork and questionnaires required was astounding. Then it was obviously NEVER read (The demand letter presented to the other driver’s insurance company was pure “boilerplate” and contained little information relevant to my own disabilities or status) Looking at my records, I have called them more than twenty-two times in the past fourteen months and have left messages for the persons who were allegedly handling my case eighteen times. Only twice did one of the paralegals or their "paralegal assistant" take my call, and only to pass on my request to call me with an update. They have done this only once, to tell me there was no news (or activity) on my case. Phillips law has a reputation for keeping the pipeline filled with cases and then ignoring the client. It is well deserved!! Try getting any call or email returned. This is one more case of a beady-eyed ambulance chaser with a monstrous advertising budget. Unless you have an extremely lucrative case, don't even bother, in fact, don't ever call in the first place. Find some local small law firm that actually cares about you. Phillips is definitely not that!
