I contemplated whether or not I should give 2 stars, but when I think more about the overall outcome, 1 star is what they deserve. Amy Jo. P. earned Phillips this star. I dealt with Phillips from April until November. Biggest mistake and headache of my life! I was rear ended while at a complete stop by a speeding drivER and my car was deemed a total loss. I went through months of more than usual headaches, chiropractic visits, etc. I NEVER NOT ONCE SPOKE WITH MY ATTORNEY until I sent an email letting Phillips Law Firm know how my experience was going and then all of a sudden Shaun Huppert decides to call the next day for a 2 minute phone call. Out of the entire 7 months, I spoke with a case manager 3-4 times I WAS THE ONE TO CALL THEM and Robyn Coleman (case manager) always acted as if I was inconveniencing her, always seemed to have an attitude and never told me any progressing news. *MY SAME POST FROM YELP* Once they drafted the settlement demand letter, I was working with wonderful Amy Jo. P. She stayed in constant contact with me via email and answered all of my annoying questions. She was overall professional and nice. I am highly upset with the outcome of the settlement and I feel the attorney Shaun Huppert should have fought harder on my case and he didn't and it was so obvious. (I still never spoke with him). Phillips Law Firm received almost triple what I received! So the crap over the phone about them ONLY taking %33 is bull crap! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM! THE REVIEWS ARE TRUE! You can fight your own case and actually get the justice you deserve!!
