I absolutely had no idea what my first steps should have been looking for a lawyer and LAUREN was the absolute best person to talk to and guide me !!! We had to ask them to voluntarily withdraw from our contract after a year since they were failing to represent us adequately on an L&I case. After months of being told that there was nothing they could do for us I was able to communicate with L&I directly and recieved a check for over $4,000 in the mail, from L&I, a week later. Definitely will not hire them again or recommend them.
