Mr. Russel represented me as tenant in a residential lease dispute. I rented an apartment in Kirkland, WA and had to vacate early. The landlord was filing a claim for remaining months rent due, and was unwilling to allow me to sublet to others. Mr. Russel did an excellent job from the very start explaining my various legal options and potential outcomes. In the end, Mr. Russel worked with the landlords attorney to settle before a claim was filed. I was very pleased with the settlement, and probably saved a lot of money in the process. I found him to be very knowledgeable in this area, honest, and an excellent negotiator. He communicates clearly and concisely, and his style is cordial and confident. His billing rate and time tracking were also reasonable. I strongly recommend him for anyone looking for representation in lease dispute.
