I appreciate how kind the staff and Mr tree treated me during a difficult and scary time in my life. I also appreciate how honest the information I received. I was told it would take at least a year to see the judge and what to expect every step of the way that helped me stay calm and in for the long haul.

So far they have been very helpful. They always return calls or explain things I don't understand. They can only do so much because the government is so slow. Pleased so far.
