Staff is easy to talk to. There is never a sense of judgement. Always very helpful and understanding on the phone and has made the disability process for me a hundred times easier than if I did this without them.

I wanted to take a moment to write this review a few months after the conclusion of my case because of my heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding assistance and support I received from Tree Law Firm. As a non- practicing lawyer, I am pretty demanding and hard to please. Fortunately I found the Tree Law Firm from a commercial advertising legal assistance with filing disability claims. I had just gotten diagnosed with a terminal illness and wasn't in the best mood. Initially, I was a little concerned because I was in Seattle and their offices were located in Yakima. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that this geographical difference had no impact on the quality of service I received. I would not recommend them if you need help with your case. The reasons are: 1) They promise the world, and deliver less than nothing. 2) They are willing to waste your time, then get mad when you bring up time management and the need for an income. 3) There is a complete lack of empathy for the client and respect for court witnesses. 4) Lack of basic legal skills from staff members; ladies sound nice, though knowledgeable staff would sound nicer. The SS approval rating is the lowest in the nation for over a decade, so do not expect to see a judge who will try to help your case—the process is completely adversarial. One of the SS workers told me the judges act like SS money is coming from their personal wallet, not a government program.
