I met with David after being hit in a crosswalk and his calm, positive, and professional demeanor prompted me to hire him to handle my case. Once hired, David provided me with very clear expectations of how the process would work and what timeline to expect. One thing I found very impressive though was the emphasis he put on me getting better - he said several times "You're only job is to get back to normal. My job is to handle everything else." That sentiment and reassurance was incredibly important to me as my wife and I were getting ready to our first baby and worrying about legal, bills, and health was not something I was thrilled about thinking about. Throughout the process David and his legal assistant, Patty, answered all of my questions fully and clearly in a timely manner. David even called me on his day off from a store to answer a question I had emailed him just hours earlier. We have finished the case and I couldn't recommend David, or the entire Abeyta Nelson team, more highly for anyone that wants their case handled professionally and by someone who clearly cares.

although my case had limitations set by insurance company, abeyta nelson was able to maximize settlement amount for me, by negotiating reduced amounts for bills, and even reducing their fee when they did not have to. I feel they had my best interest in mind, and I would definitely return if I ever needed and injury lawer going forward (which I hope never happens).
