After cleaning up the wreckage of my past...I called on Hall & Gilliland to help me vacate my Felonies and restore my Gun Rights...which was accomplished in a timely and professional manner. Where do I start? Best experience I have ever had with an attorney , I’d even go as far and say with a company! From their sincere and truly helpful attitudes , never rushing me, always answering all my questions, never failed to return any of my calls. Tim and Gretchen are great . I hired Tim to clean up my Record and get my firearm rights back. It was a one stop shop they handles getting my juvenile conviction expunged , civil rights restored, also a couple other misdemeanors. Gretchen was right there through the entire process . I can’t say enough. I had called a couple other closer law firms but quickly moved on. Many attorneys want you to do a lot of the legwork yourself and than they will file it on your behalf. Not Hall & Gilliland, they do it all. Worth every penny to have my gun rights back and my record cleaned up. It does wonders for mental health knowing those things are behind, a second chance.

I was represented by Attorney Rich Gilliland today in court. I would give Rich a 10 star evaluation rather than a 5. He was very professional , well prepared, studied my case thoroughly and prevailed in my case. Even the court stated that his presentation was convincing and successful.
