I have to say that working with her team during a difficult time in my life, was very reassuring. They were timely, very communicative and patient in explaining the process. Tonilynn is very calm, understanding and above all listened to and addressed my concerns. Her paralegal Stephanie was just amazing! Emailed me with each update and was available to talk when ever I had a concern.
