I paid the $100 consult fee. The staff member listened to an 3 minute synopsis of my case and explained to me Savage’s fee schedule. When I tried to ask if this would even be a case Savage would take she explained she couldn’t answer that. After our 5 minute “consult” of the fee schedule l, She asked if I would like to retain Savages services. I asked what the point of the $100 consult was and she kept saying “it is to review Ms Savages fee schedule”. So you pay $100 to hear that you have $4,000 to retain Ms Savage in order for her to actually consult ANYTHING with you. She reassured me if Tonilynn couldn’t help, I could get a partial refund of the $4,000. 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️😖😬 No thank you. Don’t call it a “consult”, call it a “2 minute fee schedule review”. I already feel ripped off.

Best choice for family law OR criminal defense attorney. Ms. Savage is passionate about what she does and it shows in her performance. She LISTENS to you. She is always prepared and not afraid to fight for you. Her Paralegal, Lauren Thomas, is great as well. Communication is never an issue. Lauren is very informative in regards to actions in my case and timely when responding to my questions and/or concerns. Highly recommend using this law firm for your legal situations!

And let me tell you... they were 100 percent right these ladies know exactly what they are doing they don’t play around and get straight to the point.!
