We had a difficult multiple property ownership and needed to get names removed in order to sell our property. This turned into quite a complex endeavor and Russ was able to navigate all the roadblocks to get us full ownership. Although it took longer than we expected to get this resolved we could not have gotten it done without Russ's expertise and commitment.

We had a very challenging estate issue that we had initially been working with another highly experienced estate attorney for almost 15 months without progress. After months of frustration, we were referred to Russ from a legal professional who told us our issue was 'out of the box' and if you want it done well and quickly, work with Russ. After a phone interview it became clear Russ was willing to do the extra work and research it would take to resolve our issue. Within two days he had discovered that it was actually going to be easier than any of us thought. We hired Russ to help us with our 12' retaining wall that fell less then one month after we closed on our new home. Russ went through the closing papers and found in the disclosure that things were not disclosed (no permit for wall and back fill dirt was used, etc) He sent a letter to the previous owner and and he responded and Russ took it from there and we got our settlement and the wall into terraces (now less chances of it falling) in 4 months. We are very happy with the work he does and his helping us through the process. We will hire him again if we need his services.
