I would highly recommend Johnson and Johnson law firm. They were very caring in handling my claim and kept track of all the details. I really feel they put me first and what was in my best interest. While they did not make decisions for me they helped me work through the process with honest and insightful input. They handled two cases for my daughter as well. We are very happy and satisfied with their services as repeat clients.

Vikki is by far the nicest lady I ever met over the phone and she made me feel like I was family. Jeff Johnson is the best lawyer in Yakima. I’ve had him as my lawyer for like the last 4 years and he has been awesome threw out the Covid-19 mess. He will go out of his way to help you with any problems that you have. Even on things that he is not area of law. He will help you out and find a answer for. I would say that he treats you like a friend not just another client!! Very patient & caring person. His whole staff there are always nice & friendly. Erica his assistant is always willing to go out of he way to help you too !!! So if anyone needs a really good lawyer call Jeff Johnson first. I would give him 10 ⭐️‘S. He is more into doing a great job and helping you out rather than just doing the job for the money. So if you need a lawyer call Jeff Johnson FIRST!!!

Writing this review on behalf of my father. He worked with Johnson & Johnson to help resolve his case for almost 5 years. Throughout those 5 years they provided excellent service. If my father had any questions he could always call and they would respond in a timely manner. My father who is not that fluent in English, they always made sure to have an interpreter present. Johnson and Johnson allowed us family members to also be a part of the case, accepted our input and took whatever we had to say into consideration. They worked hard to make sure my father got what he wanted and was satisfied with the end results. Would definitely work with them again and recommend to anyone with personal injury law suits. Best law firm in town Jeff did a great job representing my mom in a car accident she was involved in and Erika Mercado did an awesome job aswell always answering calls and any question we had.
