Ben Hatfield does an AMAZING job at prosecuting cases here in Raleigh County, especially when it comes to child abuse and neglect. We are very fortunate to have such an involved prosecutor who is willing to take on the big jobs! Thank you for all you do Mr. Hatfield.

Everyone at the prosecutor's office truly works hard and they all do a wonderful job! Prosecutor Ben Hatfield has really stepped up to the plate and is doing a great job for everyone he possibly can! There are a LOT of cases brought to them. He for sure does his best!!

My son was Battered on Video and Prosecutor Hatfield refuses to Prosecute.I know it's because it was a Jan Care Paramedic.The Driver Videowed the incident through the rear view mirror. No Justice With Hatfield as a Non Prosecutor.Hatfield my Son Died July the 8 th.I guess no Justice for Eric. But I am taking Jan Care to Court for Civil Rights Violations. I hope you have to Testify. You might have others fooled But not me.Just a photo of Eric's Graft you can see it is crashed on the end.They put a tiney Stint in there Hatfield. I told you on the phone you were No Good when you said You didn't think you could make a Jury understand what was going on in the Video.When the Paramedic drew back.That was Battery.When you heard the Slap and saw Eric's head go to the side that was Battery. You won't Prosecute Because Its Jan Care. I will not Vote for you.Murderers Released on Home Confinement. I think you are a RHINO.
