I called Hayden and Associates they took my case and were able get it dismissed. Having a Class A cdl for 38 years and having a perfect driving score of plus 6 in the state of Virginia being found guilty would’ve hurt that score but also safety score which is very important in the trucking industry. Gerald is a shark in the courtroom. THE BEST LAWYER IN WV. He is confident and precise in the way he handled my case. It took over a year to finally have my day in court. Leading up to court I had fears and concerns about what the outcome would be. Gerald helped me WIN full custody of my son. What an amazing outcome. I am a father from Ohio that didn't know my son was even born until he was 54 days old. His grandparents lied on court docs and took guardianship of my son at 2 weeks old. They did any and everything to keep my son from me. Gerald did what he could to get us into the courtroom but it was always 2 more months, 2 more months. Once in the courtroom all my fears went away. Gerald knew how he was going to attack and did so in a way that showed why he is well worth the money. For an out of state father to get full custody and leave the courtroom with his son is amazing. I will refer Gerald to any and everyone. He is confident and can come off as brash. That is what you want in a lawyer. He owned the courtroom. I would recommend Gerald Hayden to anyone! He was very polite when I had questions and listened to all of my concerns and recommendations about the custody matter. He was professional in the courtroom, and had my daughter’s best interest at heart.
