Amazing lawyer, I had a traffic case that he had handled so much better than I could ever of imagined. Kept me in the loop, and will honestly be my forever go to of a lawyer. Very professional, and was very reasonable price wise as could be expected. So a major thank you to Mr. Hayden! Would strongly recommend to anyone who needs a good lawyer!

After hiring two attorneys and going through a nasty custody battle for the past three years, a coworker recommended Mr. Hayden and I could not have been more pleased with my decision! I got in for a consultation very quickly and Mr. Hayden was very thorough with asking questions about what I had and what I wanted in my custody agreement. Unfortunately, I’ve dealt with a sour judge but Mr. Hayden was not intimidated in the court room and did a phenomenal job dealing with the opposing party and the judge! I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants the job done quickly and done right! I will definitely use Hayden & Associates again for any future issues! I hired Mr. Hayden again at the beginning of 2023 for the second time to modify a custody agreement and contempt. His team was very quick and efficient with the filing process but unfortunately this case was drug out for months due to the court. Mr. Hayden was very patient and helpful through this process as well as attending 3 different hearings for the same case. Alicia was also very helpful any time a situation arose. Mr. Hayden knows his way around family law and is phenomenal in his practice. Both times I have been happy with the outcomes and the way myself and my children were represented in court. I recommend Mr. Hayden & his staff to anyone who needs legal counsel in Southern WV!

if i could give 10 stars i would. mr. hayden and his office staff were very attentive and quick to answer any questions i had. mr. hayden fought for what we both believed was right, he fought hard in my custody case and i was granted what he was fighting so hard for. mr. hayden is brutally honest (which isn’t a bad thing), got right to the point in court & drilled the opposing party with tough questions in court. he is everything i could’ve asked for in a lawyer. he will fight for what is right and won’t stop until he has won. i would recommend him for your legal needs! if i ever need another lawyer, i know who to contact! extremely pleased with mr. hayden and his firm!

Gerald & his assistant Angie were absolutely phenomenal!! With only a few short days to get everything together, they worked on my case as perfectly as they could & with that being said, we won! I am so grateful for them!! Gerald is my lawyer from here on out, hands down!

Gerald was very helpful through my case. He took on a very long, aggravating case that was stretched out over a year long. He was always responsive to my calls/texts. He fought hard for me and I could really tell that he cares about the people that he is fighting for. Besides being a attorney, Gerald is a very laid back, cool guy. I would recommend him to anybody who needs help in the courtroom he definitely helped me out tremendously and I can’t think him enough.
