Mr. Kirby and his staff were very helpful, demonstrating a great deal of knowledge and compassion in dealing with my legal issue. I could not have asked for better legal service. Could not be happier with Mr. Kirby's service. I have used him on several occasions and have many friends that also use him. Highly recommend giving his office a call if you have a custody issue.

Mr Kirby refused to present vital information in my case because he said that he didn't want to upset the judge and he was hoping to get further business from the judge. He was grossly negligent and derelict in his responsibility.
