Save your money and see the Skinner Law Firm. These guys are collection attorneys, don't be surprised if you have an unpleasant experience with them no matter what you need an attorney for. They sued me for HOA fees knowing I'm an unemployed disabled veteran via their client Clagett Management knowing. They testified on behalf of their client and gave false testimony, perjuring their client. The attorney Christopher Stroech showed up in court with long hair gelled back like Michael Douglas in Wall Street, it looked sleazy and unprofessional. He had the Sherriff unconstitutionally seize my car without a valid writ or court order to get the HOA fees. He doesn't return emails or calls. He will not provide an accounting, or proof of debt, or proof of a signed deed restriction or agreement to CC&R's as demanded. He plays power games like promising to call the next day, then instead the next day has his secretary schedule a time for YOU to call HIM on another day. There has been a discrimination and harassment complaint filed against their client with HUD and they gave their client bad advice and told the HOA's management company to ignore everything I call or write about regardless of whether it's relevant to their collections so instead of the client being able to settle the issue, the two notices are going into the harassment investigation.

Mr. Bailey and Mr. Arnold have helped me through some tough times. I can’t recommend their firm enough. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Paid a total of 1650. for Mr. Arnold to represent my daughter in a domestic fpo with abuse and all he did was show up. He never spoke and worse yet the paper work was typed as if I was paying for the other person. Waste of money and very poor communication.

Had Mr Arnold not yawned throughout my entire consultation there would've been a 1% chance I retained him..I would rather have retained a circus clown to represent me than someone who clearly wanted easy money. Mr Arnold is a prime example of why you don't retain a local attorney for a local matter...get someone outside of your local jurisduction..you'll be better off

Awful communication. Took my money, did the bare minimum and never responded to emails or phone calls after the court date. (Rarely responded even before court) I was mislead and then when with dealing with the repercussions from being mislead they refused to respond. No response to any emails and over the phone would only say they are unavailable and would call back later. I would have been better off with a public defender and saving the $2,500. Not to mention the extra money wasted from listening to their advice as well as the wages lost from having to miss work to get things straightened out. 1,000% do not recommend.
