Mr. Bailey has truly gone above and beyond with my case. We are still working together (long, complicated, high conflict case), and he has been so helpful every step of the way. He and his assistant have kept in touch, are quick to update on any and everything happening with the case. They are very knowledgeable on even the complicated "no way that could happen" things. I was most impressed with his manner of handling business in the courtroom, he knocks it out of the park each time, which makes extremely stressful times much less stressful. I will forever be grateful for what they've done and continue to do.

First off, I called Arnold and Bailey five days before my hearing. They helped me superfast, looked up all of my case files everything they needed. I sent them. They looked up what I couldn’t find. I didn’t even have to show up in this case, so their Lawyer was there for me. Did an amazing job if I have any other problems in West Virginia I will definitely be calling them. I suggest you do too. The staff there are absolutely wonderful people very polite, professional, of course, but give me that warm, southern, welcome kind of feel what you don’t get that too much now nowadays My lawyer, real nice guy I don’t wanna put his name on blast. I don’t know if I can do that, but he was Awesome Very standup guy did right by me I would definitely recommend him to anyone. I called eight lawyers offices before I found them and I’m glad those other eight weren’t able to help me.
