Excellent Excellent Lawyer. Mr. Hively was my criminal defense attorney and he was absolutely wonderful. He went out of his way to help me and really really cares. I would definitely recommend to everyone.

Whether court appointed or paying out of pocket I wouldn't trust this office to defend my dog in a who ate the meatball trial. He is hard to reach, his receptionist is a snotty thing in need of a reality check. My best advice is just don't do it.
