I was informed on each and every step of my case. It was always explain to me, so that I understood what was going on. All my questions about my case were answered in a timely manner. Made me feel that my case was just as important to them as it was to me. Just so easy to work with.

I would like to just say the Jan Dils AAL took my Vet claims case (Army veteran) in September 2021 and almost a year to the date, I was awarded 100% T&P from a prior 90% rating. Previous to finding Jan Dils office, it was a very slow, stressful process, going it alone, from a 0 service connection rating in 2010.
