Always honest and straight forward. And gently urged my continuing my case with an appeal after I was turned down. I was going to forget about it but they urged me on and eventually I was awarded favorably. I am so thankful. Thank you ladies.

The service was very good and they were very fast on my case. The only thing was it was very hard to talk to the associates but to email, sometimes I would rather talk but thats just how the world is now. I highly recomend Jan Dils for anything.

They may get ya taken care of, but they take their sweet time due to the fact the longer they wait the more back pay accrues and the more they make off you.

They don't care for disabled veterans like they would want people to believe. They were very optimistic about helping me on the phone, reassuring me that everything is going to be ok, only to call back a week later and tell me to file my social security appeal on my own 4 days before Christmas.....and about 20 days into the 60 day timeline....👀 Good thing HEARD And SMITH actually took care of me and filled it, not even sure why they referred me here, they would have known that if only they listened. Good to know I wasted my life bleeding out in a war zone and then going back for more only for no one to care when I get home 🇺🇸
