Always treated me respectfully and was super easy to work with!

I spent a significant amount of time explaining my VA situation to them. They called me back a day later and told me they would not take my case and refused to give me any reasons why. Complete waste of time.

The partice cost me thousands of dollars of debt with the VA. Specifically due to the case management providing inaccurate information and guidance. This law firm did not care. My situation is unique, but when a client is advised incorrectly that is the fault of the firm.

Wow just starting to work with Jan Dils after the VA doesn’t want to help. Tried DAV and it was OK, these people are amazing, stay in contact, updates frequently, and they seem to care about you! These people make it much easier to ask for help.

I had Jan Dils do my Social Security claim and my VA claim. They got me my Social Security Disablity as well got me 100% VA disability. It's was so easy. I went to their office one time and signed some paperwork the rest was handled though the mail or over the phone. Being that you are dealing with the government it took about 5 years to complete but they fought to get me my disability. Their compassion and professionalism was top notch. The way the system is set up, it is designed to discourage people who are trying to file on their own. Jan Dils make it easy, they don't get a dime unless they win your case. Thank you Jan Dils for all that your staff did for me.

I am forever grateful for all who helped my husband, Robert, receive his 100% VA disability. After he passed they helped me with receiving his backpay and DIC, that I didn't even know I was entitled to! They are so professional, really know how to work with the VA and yet treated us like family. I have no words to express my gratitude to them.
