This firm has done wonders for myself and many members of my family for a number of legal issues. They treated us with respect, kindness, and have explained things in a way we could easily understand along with clarifying all of our legal options. We left their office feeling like we have a legal team from a law firm in a big city, but are treated like family by everyone in the office! They followed up with all of our questions very quickly, and always keep us up-to-date on what is going on with our case. They never charged us on any first visit, in any of the cases, and we received what we felt was more than fair settlements. In every case we were very pleased with our outcomes. There is nothing like having the feeling you have a lawyer for your family with the experience, professionalism, compassion, and kindness you want when you have issues. We have certainly felt comfortable with this law firm. They impressed us from the beginning, ready to help us with almost any legal issue we have encountered. We have not finalized our lawsuit yet, but I still felt a need to share my thoughts of Mr. Tiano and his firm. It's not often we are involved in a situation that requires an attorney, but when we are it can be very intimidating and frightening. Bill and his staff have taken what is a bad situation for me, and through empathy and patience have helped to make it very tolerable. I have had great communication, and excellent explanation of the process, all in a manner I could understand. As I said, we have not finalized our claim yet, but based on the professionalism I have experienced thus far, I expect nothing but great results.
