5 star rating for everyone I was involved with. The secretary's in charleston office are the best. The people in charge of my account were top knoch the people with surveys were great my rep in court deserves a HUGE RAISE. She is the best my total experience with Jan Dils and her staff surpassed any and all my expectations. I have and will continue to recommend her to all my vet buddies and friends. Russell Williams was my representative and he was always very helpful and extremely efficient. He was incredibly easy to get in touch with and always very pleasant. I was injured in an accident involving a train which also totaled my car. I searched for a whole month to find someone to represent me and was denied repeatedly because my injuries were not severe enough. After going through DOZENS of lawyers Russell was the only one to call me back. If I have a friend that needs representation or (god forbid) I am in another accident I will DEFINITELY go back to Russell!

Technically it should be a negative star, because thanks to this firm I missed my hearing at the regional office and it took over five years to get approved. And in that time I lost my home job and marriage, losing the home was partially their fault. I am still fighting to keep them from getting the 20% fee. No customer service, just taking advantage of people and veterans.
