The best law office in WV ! I called sooo many lawyers and did weeks of research before I picked Mr Cary. Since I live in Florida I must say great and fast communication/ thanks to Chelsea- his awesome assistant/ and huge THANK YOU to Michael Cary ! He is extremely knowledgeable, precise, fast and correct in everything he did for me - DISMISSED completely my charge !!! I loved it and couldn't ask for anything more! I’ve known Mike and his family for many years. He’s always been a good friend of mine with a stellar reputation. I randomly ran into him at the courthouse one day and asked him for guidance regarding custody of my son. He was eager to help and, without hesitation, put his schedule on hold to file paperwork and begin representing me. The outcome was excellent and a huge relief to me and my family. I would recommend Mike to anyone in need of an honest, stand up person to guide them through the legal process. I’m cashing a check for 40,000! My daughter was in a car wreck and Mr. Cary went to court and fought for my daughter and we got $40,000.00! He was the best! My daughter is going to use that money for school. All around this is the law firm to go to. I was so pleased with my experience with Cary Law Office. He even took time out of his day to help me establish a trust fund for my daughter at the bank. Our family absolutely loves him!!! And, he is super great and EASY ON THE EYES :)

So this guy was a strong advocate for me in the court room. I was referred by a friend to Mr. Cary and he met with me before and everything was setup perfectly for the day of the hearing. You gotta call this guy I’m trying to tell you.
