This is a great firm, I would highly recommend them. when I fell at Dollar General the regional manager told me they didn’t have insurance to even cover their employees let alone anyone else. Johnstone & Gabhart took my case and even after Dollar General turned it down, they fought it and got me more money then the initial offer. If I ever need a lawyer again Johnstone & Gabhart will be the one. Give them a try, you will not be sorry.

I was in a bad wreck with my parents and 6 siblings. It was head on and we were all hurt bad. Johnstone and Gabhart got us all the insurance and made sure to invest it so we will always have money! They are the best!

Great firm, took my case where we had to use the legal system for compensation for my 12 year old son who was hit by a truck where he sustained multiple injuries. All our bills were covered and then some extra for my sons trauma, pain and suffering. Sonny and Luke have great demeanors but definitely we’re bulldogs when they needed to be.
