They then started the process without requiring any fee. They agreed to compensation only in the event that the case was successful to my benefit. They were very efficient. They quickly negotiated a reasonable settlement with the nursing home. They attended the court hearing seeking approval of the proposed settlement. That process went very smoothly. I was impressed with their overall efficiency and effectiveness. Their service continues to this day. They assist me with depositing my monthly payments directly into my account. That sounds simple, but it is not as simple as intially perceived because of the type of account associated with the process. I highly recommend Mani Ellis & Layne.
