Intake interviewer very courteous but very disappointed did not get to speak with an attorney. Don't like the "call center" process. Wasted an hour on phone only to be told they couldn't take my case.

The intake lady who called and took my information was really nice. I await to see how the attorneys take care of My case. They must be extremely good and really nice people at this firm. The fact they can take the case and won’t charge the client a penny until the case is over says a lot

It was easy and quick, but I noticed they could careless about you and how your doing and how this accident actually effected you. They will make you call them every week to get an update and wait 2-3 months just to tell you if they will or will not take your case. Do research and choose someone who actually cares and see you for more than a $.

Olivier was very pleasant and easy to talk to. He was attentive to my situation and started an intake to forward to the attorneys. He said someone will get back to me asap. I waited about a week or two and received no call back. I started calling and leaving messages. This was so frustrating. I finally reached someone after a couple of months of trying and was told they couldn’t help me. I expressed my frustration and couldn’t believe the time wasted. Their commercials are over exaggerated. They pick and choose
