There is no words to tell you how THANKFUL I am to the Giatras Law Firm. My son had been falsely accused and they were attempting to convict him by using felons as their witnesses. The Firm brought all of this to light and totally destroyed the prosecution. I walked out of the courtroom with my son at the end of the trial. As far as I am concerned you can not get any better then The Giatras Law Firm.

When I had a legal issue several years ago, I contacted Giatras Law Firm for help. I was extremely pleased with them. I was given complete and accurate information about the court process, how to plea, and how I would be defended. I was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect by everyone in the office, and reassured that they would do everything they could to help me, which they did. In the end, my case was dismissed, and I was very relieved. I would highly recommend Giatras Law Firm to anyone who needs legal advice. They are smart, efficient and respectful. 5+ stars.

Stop wasting your time looking at other law firms. These guys and gals are the cream of the crop. We were working with Tony and Cheryl on a case in WV from out of town (we had moved). They were amazingly accommodating. My wife and I could not have been happier with our choice to utilize their services. In the time leading up to trial we knew they were amazing but during the incredibly stressful trial they weren't just good lawyers but amazing people. They were honest, straight forward, and real people (not stuffy lawyers). They took the best of care of me and my wife through the entire process and we had favorable results. By the end of the 9 day trail we came to know most all of them at the firm (some more than others) and they are all a group of caring, intelligent, and thoughtful people. I would recommend their services to ABSOLUTELY anyone. The entire team at Tiano O'Dell was simply the best!! :) If i could have given them more than 5 stars i would have in a minute!

If it was possible to give zero stars rating I would give this firms absolutely nothing. I did not listen to the reviews written here, but I should have as they are absolutely true. Please stay away and do not waste your money. They took my money and refused to talk to me and return my phone calls and lied multiple times about the case. They were too expensive to start with and did nothing but made the case worse. I had to switch to a different lawyer and they made it very difficult to do so. Unprofessional, not worth a penny liars!!!!!!! Take my advice and not give them a gift of your money.

I let them sucker me into representing my son. What a mistake, I was told to pay 5000.00 and they would show what a real law firm could do, so after I gave them the money and they read all the information that we had gathered and gave to them. They come back and told me they were not able to get the judge to talk to them. But if I wanted to pay the 16000.00 they could really get it done. If you want someone to read what you had already found, and charge you for the reading, this is a good Law Firm. If you want to get the information read for less the 5000.00 purchase Natural Reader, you would be better off. The one thing I have learned about Attorneys in our ordeal is you do not have to be smart to be an Attorney. (Maybe that is not true they did out smart me. They got the money and I got the shaft.)

The absolute worst law firm. Very unethical very unprofessional and liars. Do not let this law firm represent you in any type of criminal case. $48,000 paid for absolutely nothing. They refuse to surrender documents pertaining to the case and they refuse to meet to discuss the billing and my godson plea agreement that they botched. Repeat do not use them you will go to prison because of their lackadaisical performance

I highly recommend The Giatras Law Firm. Troy Giatras and Matthew Stonestreet are professional and proficient lawyers! They handled my case very quickly, kept me up to date on every detail, and kept my best interest in mind. I walked away not only with what I was asking and more, but I also walked away with them as friends! Also I know I will always be able to turn to them if I ever need anything in the future.
