I went through several months of physical therapy, the staff and attorneys checked on me through out my treatment and I was always able to get in touch with them with any questions or concerns I had. After I finished treatment, they were able to quickly settle my claim. I was very happy with the outcome. I live in Virginia and the distance from my residence and their office was never a concern. My experience with West Law Firm was definitely a good one. I originally wanted to file the case on my own and was unsuccessful. The insurance company did not offer me one thin dime, and I had compiled a year's worth of medical records relating to my injury. I was a pedestrian who was hit by a motor vehicle, and thought this would be an open and shut case. West Law Firm got me a total settlement of what monies that were available. Prior to West Law firm I went to a firm that says it doesn't take "no" for answer, and in my opinion their efforts were shiftless. Truck Injury Case My husband and I have been together for 30 years and were looking forward to our move to Ohio to be closer to family.
