The entire team at West Law has been incredible! My husband was hit head on on his way to work at the beginning of December. I was totally clueless as to what step to take next, and I didn't have time to be concerned with insurance companies while my husband was in the hospital. I called West Law and spoke with Paula and Mr. Dobson, they sent over paper work and quickly got the ball rolling. They communicated everything very thoroughly, and didn't mind when I had questions or didn't understand something. They managed to settle my case quickly, and I feel we were compensated very fairly! It was a pleasure dealing directly with David Dobson. He kept me up to date every day when there was anything new. And it was very easy to do things through Gmail of sending pictures discussing any issues that I may have had. If I had issues and ask the question David always got right back to me the same day even through the holidays of Christmas. David Dobson was unknown to me prior to contacting him during a time of need. In retrospect I must pat myself on the back for finding such a fine professional to represent me.
