I had a clear and cut case of being physically assaulted while in the hospital. Photos, witnessed and a confession. The hospital wouldn't release the incident report without a subpoena and I was told after wasting tons of my prescious time. "We would have to file a case in court to subpoena the incident report" we don't want to do that. Yeah that's why I called a lawyer. Don't let them waste your time.
