The team at Miley legal is second to none! Honest, trustworthy, attentive and very responsive. Never did I believe I'd end up in a car wreck, be injured and have to seek the help of legal counsel, that happens to other people, not me. I was wrong. I was stopped in traffic on North Rt. 119 at Goshen Rd. waiting for the car in front of me to turn left from Rt. 119 when I was struck in the rear end by another vehicle. The driver admitted he didn't even see me stopped there until he struck my car. I was taken to Ruby ER and have had my life turned upside down in a matter of a few seconds. I received a letter in the mail from the at fault driver's insurance company. In that letter, in the tiny print, it said by signing I was agreeing that my claim had been settled. These results don't happen over time, it takes months, but in the end with the Miley Legal Group and my Creator working hard on my behalf, a fair and agreeable settlement was reached. Well the intake fella is very nice. So far I have been treated well. They are definitely persistent but, that is probably why I called them back. Hopefully they fight hard to help my life out.😁😷

Everyone was very nice and professional. There were a few challenges with staff returning emails and calls but overall I am satisfied with my experience with them.

Mr. Gould and his team did an awesome job at helping us get our claim settled. They had the medical bills sent directly to them so the creditors would stay off our back. The creditors did not bother us while we was trying to get things settled. They cared about us and they even came to the hospital to visit to see how everything was gone and called several times to see how everything was going. They seem genuinely concerned.
